Dear Goldie,

A secret message hides here, and

Its like a dream to finally see your open wings

Its like a new world to have your heart

Its like a real life to be here with you

And dream that seems so beautiful and true

Goldie, you’re the most intensely talented Angel

A butterfly with golden wings

Quinn, and with sapphires

Rubies and plush silks

All aligned with citrus melted brown

Milky Way eyes

And turned up nose

Smirks

And quiet laughs

And something sweet to behold

Hey Goldie, listen!

I’m not quite ready to show you my wings

I’m not quite sure they will ever grow

I’m

Cold and stumbling around on the ground, slithering and green roses about my skin, like a caterpillar or a worm

But I am Here

Goldie,

Forever

Yours

If you’ll have me,

Warren
