A story about a woman that happens to be alone. She has spent the night with someone she loves. When she wakes up in the morning before Sunrise and she describes what it all felt like.
Golden Silence in moments of Gold,
Undue kisses and hugs unfurl…
Golden Silence when the Sun rises again,
Golden Light on your side of the bed.
I have waited in the deep,
I have waited in the dark;
I have been waiting long like a morning lark in the dark.
The Golden Silence that is now,
Is the breath of Promise and Tomorrow!
You are the Light,
You are the Love!
Your Heavenly Light Shines from above;
Our Golden Light that is now;
Is both the song and Promise of Tomorrow!
I was in Love with Him,
He was in Love with Me,
We were in Love with each other,
And Suddenly….
He kisses me,
I'm the happiest on the planet,
Just cause He is with me,
that makes me so Happy…

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
