A bit of lovely fragrance lingers,

On hands that offer kindness,

Like autumn’s stillness upon the fields,

Or morning light on windowsills.

A smile, once given, never fades,

A gift received, forever blessed.

Kindness settles deep within the chest,

Where peace unfolds its quiet wings

And gratitude is happily made to soar.

The tables are laid with prayers of grace,

Each dish a story, each welcome face a flame -

We pass the bread, we pour the wine,

We acknowledge each other by our name.

For every hand that held us near,

For every word that made us whole,

We gather thanks like falling leaves

And press them to the heart’s own scroll.

So let the fragrance linger long,

Let kindness bloom beyond each day -

For love, once offered, never ends,
