*This was written a couple of years ago, this woman's strength is amazing, truly a testament that we serve a miracle working God, she lost her daughter that year but not her faith!

Your hurting

The pain so raw

You can cut

It with a knife

Trying to

Get through each

Day

Moving along

On autopilot

It’s Okay

To not be

Okay

Give yourself

A little grace.

Give yourself

A little grace

The pain you

Feel is raw

And real

Going with the

Motions,

Wearing a

Sad smile

It’s Okay

Not to wear

The masks

Your hurting

And it’s okay

To not be okay.

You have bore

A heavy loss

Heartbroken

And full

Of pain

Simply trying

To go with

The motions

That get you

Through the coming days

It’s Okay

Not to be okay.

Well Michelle, you know that I understand what the lady is going through, because I lost my son. You never get over it. She is lucky to have a friend like you.
