Get Comfortable
It's all in the mindset of the moment
Comfortability is such a strange concept
Different for everyone
Yet certain things remain the same
The feeling of being comfortable
Though not the easiest to describe
Is similar throughout borders, languages, and faith
Whether it is being experienced in solitude or togetherness
Sometimes comes with clarity or knowledge

It's knowing that everything will be okay, even if things could be better
And it does get better

For me, cozy and comfortable go hand in hand
A cup of coffee, a book in hand, sitting on the couch covered in a blanket
Outside the rain is falling, and thunder sounds in the distance
By myself or surrounded by my family
Pure Hygge
Hygge, a word that the world has been familiarized with over the last couple of years
A term I often had to translate or explain to non-Scandinavians
The essence of the feeling, or the idea of the word

It's leaving the rest of the world to itself for a while or for the briefest of time
Just being in the moment
