Gestures

In poetry, gestures find their voice,

In each movement, a tale to rejoice.

A hand outstretched, a gentle caress,

In every glance, a story untold,

In every smile, a warmth to behold.

Gestures weave narratives, silent and bold,

Expressing truths that words often hold.

A nod of understanding, a wink of delight,

A wave goodbye, a hug so tight.

Each gesture speaks volumes, without a sound,

Echoing feelings profound.

So in poetry's embrace, let gestures play,

In the dance of words, let them have their say.

For in the language of the heart, they find their place,

Adding depth and meaning, with grace.
