From Heavens Taste to Hells Embrace…
The relentless cycle of love
By Kenneth cruzPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

Your voice my breath
When you ignore I have none left
A mindless zombie just trying to exist
Trust I know it shouldn’t be like this
But the emotions persist
No matter how hard I try to resist
I lock feelings away deep in my chest
It makes it hard to rest
And on those days, you chisel away
I try not to, but I love you I’m so quick to say
A few words from you any given day
My feelings awaken like summer in May
Only then to feel like an unwanted guest
This cycle has me stressed
But if it’s this or you turning into a memory
Then let this be my eternity
For if this is my penance so shall it be
You are my judgement a personal heaven and a hell just for me.
