Winter whites and whites and whites and greys
She waits and whiles the winter hours away
The greens and golds and lucious fruit-soaked beauty of it all……
The sprigs of spring and green exploded vistas of display
The umber browns and Autumn fallen leaf dance of decay
All memories, long gone or frozen, blocked in ice, no access on this day
The colours of the balmy summer days gone and gone and gone so far away
She turns her gaze to inside coloured props, and sighs
The syrop slowness of the clock is on display
Rehearsing spectrum colors in her mind
She waits and hopes to dance again in May
