Dog so cute, dog so simple
My puppy made me giggle
Cat so pretty, cat so strange
Cat made me think I'm lame
Together they lay, together they fight
Oh how the cat loves the night
The dog prefers the day, when things are noisy
The cat doesn't care and doesn't get lonely
At least I believe for she goes on her own
While the dog waits patiently at home
Together they love, together they play
That's just how it goes in their way
Friends turn to enemies as fast as a sound is uttered
But nothing can stop enemies from friends discovered
