In one moment, a day long ago
Two young hearts were merged and became one
On that day, oh little did they know
How could they in the calm of that snow?
Their road would not consist of just fun.
That snow gave way to hot summer days
And what felt like months turned into years
They went through the motions in a haze
Her heart was no longer set ablaze,
While he drowned out work by drinking bears.
It was more complex now with the kids
They couldn't tell each other goodbye
And every sunset when nighttime bids
A tear or two slipped from her eyelids
Who'd have guessed it'd come to this - not I

Getting Serious About Comedy (Part I)
If I were asked to remark on my life and the childhood that paved some road leading me to this point, I would have to say something about all the funny people who surrounded me for the last 26,872 days (and counting). Somewhere along that road, I became a big fan of laughter and the comedy that spawns it – and, I mean not only my own laughter, but the laughter of others, some of which I have actually been responsible for inducing.
