Who has hurt you in your life?

What did that hurt entail?

How did you respond to it?

Which ways did you do well?

What ways could you improve upon?

Where can you forgive others for the wounds caused?

Is it safe or wise to engage in conversations with certain individuals?

If not, how can you choose to not be resentful?

Is forgiveness completely letting go of getting even?

If not, how do you remain self-controlled with the said hurtful individuals?

How can you continue to love despite the pain they have caused?
