For Mom...&

In my life time I always counted on you,

You were there through the good & bad times.

So when it comes to you, there isn't a thing I wouldn't do,

You showed me a better way & a love so kind that was sweeter than any of these rhymes.

You made me the the great man I am today,

That is something I just can't deny.

You raised me in a way that will continue to be grateful for everything so I owe you my life forever & a day,

I truly don't know where I would be in my life; probably be a cold-heartless monster instead of this grown man that is caring & benign.

Needless to say you are the best & no woman will ever take your place,

No matter how far your little blessing goes in my life I'll forget the Angel that raised me nor forget where I came from.

Thank you for being my Mom & Dad because I know it's hard to raise a man; you did an amazing job & you did it all with regal grace,

So I hope with this poem, you never forget where we stand because I only wrote this For Mom.
