"Footprints of Healing"

"A Journey of Solace and Renewal in the Wake of Goodbyes"

By Mubashira KachhotPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

In the realm where shadows softly play,

A tale unfolds of walking away.

A journey embarked, a poignant part,

Yet know, dear heart, time can heal the smart.

Footsteps echo in the corridors of the soul,

Leaving behind fragments, making the heart whole.

Silhouettes fade, in the dusk's tender hue,

A bittersweet departure, a path anew.

Like autumn leaves that gracefully descend,

Love's chapter closes, a season to mend.

Whispers of farewell in the zephyr's embrace,

A temporary absence, not love's final trace.

The road may wind through valleys of sorrow,

But dawn will paint a promising morrow.

Gather the pieces, tender and mild,

For time is a sculptor, mending the wild.

A symphony of solitude, a solo refrain,

Yet listen closely, hope weaves its own terrain.

Stars above witness the tears that fall,

But they're the architects of a celestial thrall.

Though distance may strain the threads of connection,

Healing is born through introspection.

In the quietude where memories reside,

A sanctuary emerges, where wounds subside.

So, walk away with courage in your stride,

Let the tears flow like a rhythmic tide.

For in the ebb and flow of love's grand dance,

Your heart shall heal, reclaim its chance.

A hiatus, a respite, a temporary reprieve,

A chance for the heart, wounded, to believe.

Time, the healer, in its gentle art,

Restores the rhythm, soothes the heart.

So, wander for a while, let the healing begin,

In the alchemy of time, love finds its kin.

For walking away, though heavy with sighs,

Leads to the dawn where the heart, anew, flies.
