Focus
We all must have a focus
A forward way to look
There’s no point looking backwards
It’s an already written book
The way ahead is open
Blank pages await you
Ready to be written
By what you see, feel, hear and do
If you’re sad or feeling lonely
Take one step ahead and look
There’s a great big life awaiting
You’re the author of your book
Sometimes it takes some courage
To change what you’re used to
But how can better things appear
If you’re afraid to try something new
What’s the worst that could happen?
Things may not work out
A memory made, an effort
That’s what it’s all about
We move on, keep looking forward
No need to dwell on the past
Forward is the way we’re going
Life passes by so fast
We have one life and we must live it
Whichever way we choose
Don’t keep stopping to look backwards
There’s not a second you can loose
