Soft snow,

Cold frost,

Bringing back joy

We thought we'd lost

*

Childhoods spent

Making snow angels,

Drawing little pictures

In frozen panes

*

Now this fleeting beauty,

Something we thought

was gone,

Is back again.

*

See the snowflakes catch the light

Dancing along the air

Sparkling like sapphires

in the night

*

Let me cherish this moment,

Let me inhale the cold air,

Let me hold your hand in these freezing times,

For this winter... is one we can share.
