First Frost

Winter is on the way to accost

First frost at sunrise in October

Right now I have a shiver and a brrr

Out my mouth, expecting snow on Monday

Saving grace is it may not stay yet on that day

Too bad as some want to snowmobile, ski and skate today!

~~

Frost

lightly white

on the ground

this morning early light

icy

~~

Frost

From Fall

Follows falling feathers

from farmers' farm fields

Follies fun for families forever!

~~

Frost upon my window last night

Night is such a beautiful sight

sight is so important to have light

light is airy and full of delight

delight is when we have frost on the window

window and on the ground is beautiful so

so beware of that beauty tonight

tonight we will see frost!

I love when things get frosted over at this time of year when I lived up North, but where I live now not so much. Love the image and great work.
