I want to bring that girl back or rather find that girl.

I want to find that girl. The girl who dances instead of walking. The girl who lights up a room. The girl with the sparkle of a pure blue ocean in her eyes. The girl with fireworks in her soul and pure kindness in her heart. The girl who loves with her whole heart and is loved in return, The girl who is pure. The girl who tells those around her she loves them. The girl with a sparkle in her eyes and a spark in her soul of creativity and adventure. The girl who is not afraid to chase her dreams. The girl who is brave, courageous and strong. The girl who has fought her demons and won. The girl who loves living and the beauty that life offers. The girl who embodies goodness and kindness and what is right in the world.

I want to leave behind the girl who hates living because of the cruelty the world has shown her. The girl who choses to hide behind a shadow of what she could be. The girl whose eyes are storm clouds waiting to burst. The girl whose soul is scarred with not quite healed wounds. The girl who is incapable of trusting and loving those around her for fear of the pain they could cause. The girl whose sparkle has been dulled. The girl who is fearful and lives a life that is a shadow of what it could be. The girl who is afraid to chase her dreams for fear of failure. The girl who is fighting her demons every day and losing the battle. The girl who refuses to see the beauty or possibilities life offers.

That latter girl has survived the hardest of times, the worst of the bad days, the roughest of patches, life's many tribulations and trials. But from her that first girl has risen from the ashes like a phoenix. For from pain, beautiful things and beautiful people can arise.
