It will come to a person’s life goals and part of life is being able to let go. Extreme anxiety or pessimism and setting very high standards are really avoidable causes of suffering. Pain and suffering are unavoidable, they are not, however, who we have to be.

The future is predetermined to a reasonable extent, however, people are able to shape it and success accompanied by challenges helps develop character.

To be afraid is a normal reaction of any person, but courage is the way to face difficulties. Everyone suffers at some point in time, and it is only possible to have a healing process if one learns to take care of themselves.

Solitude and desolation are typical in adult reality, at the same time, adaptability and individualism are necessary conditions for an effective confrontation with the challenges.

It is a paraphrase of a familiar adage that says one should not imitate other people, but maintain one`s individuality in order to be happy; however, it is also true that true friendship can help us become better as individuals. Having someone whom you understand is a treasure, but there is no need to have someone who understands you to be happy all the time.

Therefore, the intrinsic value is in the acts that one does, but not necessarily the recognition received. As they say, when the going gets tough, the tough get going, overall, it is all about finding a purpose in life and pushing forward.
