Finding Each Other

and things that we needed

It's not because we were broken people

or because we were incomplete.

I didn't give you anything you didn't deserve

and you didn't save me from anything.

Yet somehow finding each other

managed to give us both

things that we needed.

And I'm so grateful for that.

I love you.
