The struggles many of us face as writers.

Words are important, yet read by so few.

They fall into the darkness, become invisible.

Still, you write.

You write to inspire,

to escape,

to find inner peace.

A story born out of nothing,

raised in a world of millions.

You dance away the night, until darkness turns to day.

It lives in a place where it becomes nothing more than one of many.

A place where creativity pales,

where colours wash out,

where you become white among light,

black among darkness.

Where words are spoken into silence.

A whisper in the storm.

It feels like a cold shower in freezing weather.

But then… something happens.

You start to get noticed.

It happens slowly…very slowly.

You find community,

people who encourage your words.

You find meaning,

yourself,

your audience,

the reason you love to write.

You find

you.
