What is it that keeps you here?
In this moment,
this very instant.
Is it the pseudo of a memory?
The one person you can’t imagine your life without?
Or is it the same old reflection staring back at you,
Day after day,
In that clouded, cracked mirror?
All at once,
The greatest horror and epiphany I’ve come to find is it was,
And will always be, ME.
I am the reason for my own misery, anger, and anxiety,
Just the same as my own happiness and joy-
deployed;
Every single thought flowing through the inner-workings of my mind,
Created my very own existence…
God-willing.
So, what is it that keep you here?
In this moment,
this very instant.
The answers lie deep within your soul,
So you’ll always know.
Seeping through your skin as you awaken…
Are you ready to begin again?
