Fight Back the Dark

Mental Health Poetry 3

By FRANK? PiccolellaPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

The fight begins before you even realize it. The slam of boulders hit the ground and ring like thunder.

Lift the veil of utter confusion from your face. Take that weight off of your shoulders.

Burn out the pain and smolder the hate. Your new path twists and turns. The beginning of the end has been lain.

Birds are a flying, bee's are a buzzin. Working in combination, the mind and soul are no longer lyin.'I must not crawl to a fault. I must fight and stand tall.

Emerge of the void, the illusion of mind and emotions.

Try not to fall again. If I do I get right back up. NO delusions to my mental constitutions. Mental health is my devotion.

Go with your gut and put your ear to the ground. That darkness begins to envelope everything if you let it. The powers of darkness push ever further. Put your back against the wall.

Fight back the dark.
