Feelings

"Emotions like waves crash on the shore,

Echoes of the heart, an inner roar,

From joy's bright sun to sorrow's night,

A spectrum vast, both dark and light.

Love's warm embrace, a tender touch,

The way it heals, it means so much,

Yet love can burn, a searing flame,

A passion wild, too fierce to tame.

Fear creeps in like shadows dark,

A restless mind, a racing heart,

Yet courage rises, bold and bright,

A beacon in the darkest night.

Anger storms, a fiery beast,

Unleashing havoc, never ceased,

But in its wake, a calm can grow,

A strength within, a steady flow.

Hope blooms like spring in winter's frost,

A light regained from dreams once lost,

It lifts the spirit, guides the way,

Through every night, to each new day.

Feelings, they twist, they turn, they bind,

A mirror to the soul and mind,

In every tear, in every smile,

They shape our lives, they make us whole."
