and playfully dance in the Kai - hui phase of healing openness and cleaning each cell removing all the bad from them feeling the warmness of the heart and the beauty of the calmness inside relaxing arms relaxing shoulders and whole of the waist feeling the awakening of each pure healthy blood cells
