With my chest pounding, my breathes feeling more dense and shallow. Every muscle in my body begins to tighten, only able to slightly turn my head to the right. I open my eyes to see those glossy grey eyes staring back. Clenching my eyes firmly back shut, I begin to try to scream. Yet it feels as if my vocal chords are being crushed so I am unable to make a sound.
Whispering rings in my ears, "open your eyes', look within mine." My heart leaping from my chest!
"NO!" I scream as I jolt up in bed. Sweat and blood covering my face. 'Not this again...' I think as I slowly get up to walk to the restroom to wipe my face.
Turning on the facet, I begin to splash my face with icy cold water. Staring at myself in the mirror as blood drips from my newly wet face. I take my towel to pat my skin dry.
I then feel pressure on my shoulders as the room goes black.
"Look into my eyes." It whispers into my ear.
I jolt up in my bed, blood upon my pillow. This is the nightmare that never ends.
