I can relate to this, the barriers which hold me back, stem from my past experiences, thoughts and feelings of my troubled childhood, where social anxiety, had smashed my confidence, causing severe low self-esteem. I may not be her quite so much now, but it really never goes away. There are still things which hold me back, because I'm still not in control
