She was broken and confused

Never felt good enough

She was afraid and abused

Smacked around by the man she loved the man she trusts

The man she gave her heart to

And what did he do? He smashed it broke it ..ripped it out and deserted it

Punched her in the face and said bitch you deserve it

Pulled her by her hair and told her I dare you to fight back

I dare you to scream and I bet you like that

He's enjoying himself laughing like he's proud of himself

She's begging him to stop

Begging him to show some mercy on her heart

Didn't he care he was destroying the woman he loves

Didn't he care he was ruining everything they built up

She has flashbacks to the days things were sweet

When he treated her like a queen instead of some dude on the street

The days he held her and all the good times they laughed

He never thought for a minute that it was all an act

He hit her some more while her son watched on and she will always remember this man beating his mom

And then he raped her  grabbed her by her throat

Put a gun to her head and she started to choke 

He didn't kill her but it was pretty dam close

She packs and leaves him but she always came back

He begged and pleaded promised to never hurt her again

She wasn't stupid she was in love

When someone takes control of your mind it's so hard to get that back to realize your worth not everything he says you lack

Real men cherish women not treat them like toys

He knows he doesn't deserve you

That's why he hurts you

She's been isolated family and friends confused not sure what to do

How do u save someone that doesn't want to be saved

How do u beg her to leave him

How do you keep her safe

She finally fought and left him for good but she will never be the same a piece of her he took

I hate him for that and I always will

Only person in life I ever thought I could kill

She is my beautiful sister and I will always be here to hold her hand and to let her know she can be strong even without a man and because of him it's gone be hard for her to trust and he will forever be the bitch who tried to take her from us
