Fathers Day
You know it, I'm a poet
By Susannah Peareth-KinstonPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Thy father who art in heaven
The last I saw you I was a year before eleven
I like to think that you'd be proud of me I'm taking steps to better myself you see
I think you and I were very similar
Based on the pieces I've heard from la famiglia
I remember you teaching me to swim at the lake it was super fun
But you passed when I was super young
In many ways I live my life for you
Hopefully you know that I do
I think you understand if you know what I mean
But cmon now, enough divine intervention l've seen
About the Creator
Susannah Peareth-Kinston
I am a mother of two boys, a librarian and a poet.
I hope to make some poetry connections here and maybe even have it as a side hustle. I do it for the cathartic release I get from writing it.
I write about love, friendship and ADHD.
