Fatherhood is never just
Fatherhood, it’s partner hood, and son hood
And some good comes
Sometimes we just need to see that fatherhood is never just
A sentence—
It doesn’t convey the image,
The titan-hood of it all—
It’s not just a prison but if son removes himself the image becomes
Different and it’s not—
The same but in the vane of removing things
We could rearrange what we’ve been given,
Into a prism.

This is a beautifully compact piece! The layered metaphors of "prison" and "prism" are so clever, and they capture the complexities of fatherhood perfectly. It’s introspective and deep while leaving room for interpretation. Great work!
