Masquerade the heart

Keep on smiling anyway

You deserve better

๐Ÿ’œ

First they want to talk

Aubergine pics are red flags

You should block them all.

๐Ÿ’œ

Heโ€™s got your number

Itโ€™s a match, heโ€™s entitled

What a big turn off

๐Ÿ’œ

Sunshine from Temu

secondary gas-lighters

Donโ€˜t deny your grief

๐Ÿ’œ

Third says a bad word

until their walletโ€™s empty

and never pay back

๐Ÿ’œ

Fourth thing I must say

A friend would never ditch you

nor side with your ex

๐Ÿ’œ

Fifth is that your woes

And past traumas are valid

donโ€™t devalue truth

๐Ÿ’œ

If you lose them that

quick over simple things

Thereโ€™s no need to weep

Nicely done poem. My boundaries keep me safe especially when it comes to who I let in. Gaslighting, can hook you in if you donโ€™t pay attention.
