Fading Echoes

Into ebb and flow

Enthusiasm laments, feelings flow, intense, unreal apparitions of the mind, divine? For crying out loud!

Contorted spasms into a beautiful chasm, a phantasm of lore, floating ashore, trying to ebb again, to retreat and regroup its shame.

Lyrical sentiments relent into complexities, depressive intuition digging into rotten fruition, scythe to my fusion of DNA frames.

Indubitable sense of self, knowing more about my collusion, fusion, profusion, illusions, and irrational fears of my realistic dormant hopes.

Pleasantries succumb, abhorring, collapsing into rebound, amount to nothingness, spherical incompleteness,

Solidified into obscurity, its remembrance fallen in shambles, thoughts refracted and hidden,

Eclipse of the mind, numb.

---

Author's note: I tried to create an introspective exploration of inner turmoil and the fragility of my emotions, especially postpartum. I started about 5 years ago when I realized my mind was numb, obscured, and controlled by my ego and voices. On my journey, I've been exploring the mind and many beliefs through therapy, journaling, and expressive meditation through activation techniques.
