Faces Set Free

Without a mask, a face is revealed.

A dimple or freckle found on her face

May now breathe freedom like a classic Song.

The summer allows us in this one place

Sans the masks to protect, worn for so long.

She giggles at the fact that the lines don’t

Make her face crossed like a GPS road.

She’s tossed aside the thought that she just Won’t

Care anymore. She does but she’s not in Death’s mode.

She speaks against the wind with wit and Truth.

Summer sets her path and pushes rapture.

Mask mandates, she finds them to be Uncouth.

She’d rather use her camera to capture.

As her cheeks look like cacao, she just speaks.

Her beauty is one that a real man seeks.
