depends on the quality of your thoughts”
How true these words are!
Our “Minds” affect
every aspect of our Lives,
so what we ‘allow’ ourselves to Think about,
will affect us.
It does sound strange,
but ---
we need to “Think” about what we Think about.
What are we Focused on?
The Positive and Good?
Or the negative and bad?
We will either be Happy or sad.
What do you want
in your Life?
What do I want
in my Life?
Surely,
anything that Strengthens and Helps us Mentally
is worth Focusing on.
Our Mental Health
is one of the most Important ‘things’
in our Lives
and we must Care for this
every single day of our Lives.
Practicing Gratitude
will Encourage our Minds
to see the Good in our everyday Lives.
This Helps us
to Train our Minds
to Focus on the Positive.
The Good and the Positive
is in every day,
we just need to make
that conscious effort
to see it.
