Exercising The Stress Out of Your Mind
If you are too stressed out, take it out on a dumbbell
Have you ever had one of those days?
Where you have had so much going on?
A hectic day full of ups and downs
It can cause so much stress
Many people have different ways to cope with it
To get a new fresh start from the day before,
I always wake up and exercise
It became already a habit
I can sense that I have new energies
New energies that extend throughout the day
But if it was a really bad one,
I stretch at night
I focus on my breathing,
It’s very calming
This is a good method to also unwind
Your mind and body
This new hobby has done wonders for me
I can now see the emotional and mental benefits
So if you have had a messy day,
Grab a dumbbell or start to do some stretches,
Exercise has so many other benefits too
