Estrella was transfixed in the sky as day briefly, swiftly, faded to night, as she swayed, watching
Celestial partners, Sol and Luna, waltzed, as Luna's shadow embraced Sol's radiance
leaving Estrella breathless and burning with passion as she followed their lead and danced along with them to the sound of
I'll Stand By You
People gathered below and joined Estrella, Luna and Sol
Swaying in the night sky, giving themselves unto the moment
Ever hopeful it would never end

Thanks for reading!
Author's Notes: Estrella means Star in Spanish, and Luna and Sol are Latin for Moon and Sun. There you go.

Now I know what Estrella means! I like how this one is positive rather than downbeat like a lot of eclipse entries. Just checking- did you mean βtransfixedβ in the first line Paul? I think a stray L may have snuck in thereπ€
Oh I knew Estrella was a Spanish name but I had no idea it meant Star. Loved your Acrostic!
We do dance with the universe, don't we? love this
Ps ~ Hard to recognize the world as it is today ~ Jk
This is lovely. Well done, my friend.
Lovely celestial dance, Paul, bravo!
Little bit of magic.
