With leader's heart and mind, the ESTJ,

A steadfast soul, by duty's call they rise,

Their gaze unflinching, fixed upon the prize,

A vision clear, to which all else must bow.

The ESTJ, a pillar strong and true,

Bears burdens deep, with purpose ever keen,

They marshal plans, where chaos might have been,

And forge a path, where none before did view.

A thirst for order fires their restless soul,

They crave results, and brook no idle dream,

With logic's blade, they cut through doubt's dark stream,

And spur on others, reaching for their goal.

Beneath the strength, a fire of compassion burns,

For those they trust, a loyalty that yearns.
