Essence of Time

if not for love

By Tristin CrawfordPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Feeling the warmth of embrace

Two hearts

The power to breathe life into living

To live does not always mean you’re alive

Sleepy halo eyes

As the seasons changing

I see you through these lenses

A sea of dreams

For tonights aren’t rested

Strength in your arms

Two hearts mending

Falling into each other

Where our worlds collide

Always worth the chance

To bare a smile

Like listening to the wind

As the tree limbs tickle the stars

Our little moments

If not love

What are we made of

Serene in silence

The day breaks

Mornings are the best when we wake

To find our embrace

Strength in search for your smile

Stay for a while and be endless

Timeless

In essence

Close your eyes and they’ll never see your dream

Like listening to the rain

From this window pane

Treds a layer of gold in the stratosphere

The sun burns into a sepia tone

Carbon's fire implicated as anything like fuel depicted anthracite

Your conscience calling my oppression

With all the love that resides

It never ending edures

Silence isn't always still

The burning anointing is often more purging of sin

I may cause those that love me to inherit substance

Under grace for loved hath eternal life

heartbreak
