Find the nearest mirror.

Look at the face you see, closely.

Think of what you did today.

First there was that little lie you told.

You know the one.

Mouth begins to fade.

Second, there was that joke you heard.

You remember, the one you laughed at.

The one the wasn’t at all funny.

Ears begin to fade.

Third, there was that actress you saw.

You went out and dyed your hair.

Eyes begin to fade.

Fourth, there was that job you got.

You remember, the one that should’ve been Bill’s?

The one that wasn’t at all earned.

Gone.
