What drives us to seek
validation from others?
The Shadow of Doubt.
---
It whispers untruths,
erodes our self-confidence—
Feeds on insecurity.
---
In mirrors, we see
distorted reflections of
our fears, not our truths.
---
Comparison's trap
ensnares our unique beauty,
dims our inner light.
---
But deep in our core,
a spark of worth still flickers,
waiting to ignite.
---
Nurture this ember,
fan it with self-compassion,
watch the flames grow strong.
---
Cultivate wisdom,
plant seeds of self-acceptance,
water them with care.
---
In time, you'll blossom,
a garden of resilience,
rooted in self-love.
---
Your worth? Infinite.
No external validation
can define your soul.

I am afraid we will always seek validation, it is the human core of us to be accepted. Those who can master the art of not seeking it is either rich or self actuated.
This is so eye opening
Learned the meaning of a new word. Thanks for that.
