This is the way.

It began out of boredom. A quick download to see.

Enter your email address, click create and you're in.

It's easy and shiny. A never ending stream of videos, especially For You.

What's the harm? Life is intense. Checking out is self care.

That's what I tell myself. Just one more video. One more Reel.

It's not hurting anything. I'm learning - growing - experiencing.

Life experienced through a tiny box. A window into the collective consciousness.

This is the way we do it now. A generation perpetually online.

We're disconnected and far apart. Who has time to read, to take a class?

It's better this way, right? It's... community.

Besides. Where else am I going to learn to cook pesto and chicken and beef?

Without it, how could I have known that shopping hack or that leafy craft?

I don't have time for in-person. Not anymore. Not with the hustle, the grind, and the sheer exhaustion.

This is connection. My village. My friends.

We may never meet, but I know you. I know them.

My people. My mentors. My guides.

It's essential. This time isn't a waste. It's personal development in a way.

Scroll. Watch. Save. Share. Subscribe.

An endless cycle, an endless information - all at your fingertips.

Tips. Tricks. Hacks. Laughs. Love.

More content than you can watch in a lifetime.

Am I ruining dinner? Have I messed up the kids?

They said I need to gentle parent. Never yell. But don't give in.

They said I should eat more plants, never meat. Always water.

What if I'm dehydrated? That's bad. What if I don't take magnesium? Worse.

God, this is hard. No one told me it would be this hard. How have I made it this far without knowing this?

Is the world really this bad? Have I just missed all the signs?

Are they going to be ok? Am I?

What do I do when the worst happens? My God, the suffering. The pain.

So many people hurting. So much anguish and horror.

Watch it happen in real time.

You must be informed. That's the new responsibility.

The world is on fire and you must stand witness.

Anxiety. Fear. Sadness. Pain.

I need a distraction. I can't watch this anymore.

What happened to my cooking videos? My cute puppies? The gardening.

That's what I need.

Something cute. Mindful. Demure.

A fridge restocking. Some pantry hauls.

It's mindless and soothing. 3 minutes of normal.

But...

My house isn't that clean. My spice jars don't match.

Oh God, are they supposed to? Is that what's been missing?

Instantly influenced. Click add to cart.

It's not in the budget, but what can you do?

Organization is key. That's what they say.

The mind fog will go. You'll sleep better. Kids thrive in less chaos.

Don't you want to succeed? Don't you want to show your kids you made it?

Spice jars that match will aid in this quest.

It's not an impulse buy, it's an investment.

Invest in your home, your kids, and your life.

Invest in your hobbies, your hair, and your pets.

This will help. Here, let me show you.

A twelve part series explaining why.

It's evidence. You can tell. Those testimonials are real.

Real people, real lives.

Don't believe me? Just watch.

Watch as they dance, cry, and rant.

Watch as they cook, paint, and craft.

Spice jars made it happen. Don't you want that?

Watch as they exist in their own little world. Happy. Content.

I want it. I want that peace, that house, that hair.

Comparison is the thief of joy, but this isn't that.

It's ... sharing tips. Empowerment.

Those jars changed her life. I bet they'll change mine.

Heart for the creator.

Heart for the stitch.

That's what we do now, right?

Late at night, on the toilet, in the school pick up line.

We watch. We heart. We comment. We like.

Sometimes we buy.

We're chronically online.

Screentime is for kids, not adults. It's not hurting my brain.

I can stop anytime. Don't come at me with hate.

Scrolling is self-care. That's what they say.

Just one more video.

One more like.

One more thing.

Maybe then I'll be happy.
