Ending Up In The Beginning

Enlightenment

I understand.

You were experiencing absolute bliss in there.

You just were.

All your needs

had the appropriate correspondence,

before you even ask for it.

Pure existence.

There was dark with enlightenment,

quietness full of meanings,

answers without questions,

and two sedating heartbeats as one.

Nothing was ever exactly the same

after your impetuous exit.

The world has some of those things,

but never altogether simultaneously.

Your battling started right there;

the moment you were exposed to the earth’s light,

to the world’s noise,

to the outside-the-mother’s-nest field.

From that moment,

you unconsciously seek for that kind of complete bliss,

the lack of which

controls many of your actions.

You have the Knowing

enclosed in you.

You have collected experiences and lessons.

But, not just these.

What you seek for,

doesn’t need to be discovered.

It just needs to be uncovered.

This is your struggle; the unveiling.

Not for returning to where you unconsciously would want to,

but to the “previous”, wider nest;

your pre-embodiment condition.

This is a battle of your personality

to overcome itself

while experiencing embodiment,

and to be merged -in the end- into the Self you were in The beginning.

Although I’m not a fan of labeling, especially when it comes to soul matters, we have to call it …somehow, using earthly language. So, to me, this is what “enlightenment” means; the awareness of what I described above. For now.
