Emotions = Your Story

You wake up one day and your mood is just not right. You're not mad. You're not sad. You're not happy. And you know just know you don't want to be bothered. The day passes by, and your emotions just go up and down all day from calm to outraged in a matter of seconds. You isolate yourself in your room from everyone, so you don't hurt anyone's feelings. While sitting in bed all day your brain is constantly bringing up memories from the past and present. You start to re-live the best and worst moments of your life. Different scenarios formulate to give you various ways to fix an old problem, how to avoid an issue the next time you see it about to happen, ways to see that you enjoy an outing in public, to see the growth in yourself, and more. You sit there confused of why you are feeling so many emotions, and you just want comfort. This allows you to reflect on how you have grown and how you have fallen back, and that gives you an idea of what you can do and how you can uplift in the world. Happiness and independence develop as you begin to see the way your life goes. The plan will be adjusted due to trials and tribulations, but it will all be a part of the greater good that will allow your mind to send your soul into blossom.
