Embracing Solitude

Self-Reflection

By Rohitha LankaPublished 9 months ago 1 min read

Our private world

will be wider according to

"Growing age"

More experience

More lessons

More people we know

We will start to discover and learn that

The more we are busy with people

The more problems we will find

The more we value the environment

Around us

The more it undermines "happiness"

It will decrease

If we start to get bored with the things around us

We don't need to be surrounded by people

Learn... to be alone

Learn... how to be alone

Let ourselves be happy with simple things

"Happiness" doesn't have to come with

fun, excitement

Sometimes happiness

comes with "peace"

Stopping... not having to be busy

It may be a time when we

can really be with ourselves
