Secluded from the outside world

I often feel

Lonely in a crowded in room

Emotional detachment and

Not interacting with anyone

Ceasing to speak forever

Emasculated of my identity.

I can identify with what you've written so well in your acrostic poem. Powerful and relatable for many.
