In the year of twenty-twenty-four,
America stood at the ballot door,
With voices raised and choices clear,
For a future shaped by hope and fear.
The rallies swelled, the crowds did roar,
As Trump returned to run once more.
His words ignited passions deep,
Awakening dreams, rousing sleep.
He spoke of strength, a land reborn,
A nation proud, but battle-worn.
Supporters waved their flags in pride,
With voices loud, they stood beside.
Yet others questioned, held in doubt,
What new direction would come about?
With visions clashing, red and blue,
The country split as each side grew.
The polls reflected fervent days,
Of pundits’ calls and data’s maze.
And people waited, tense and tight,
For answers in that November night.
The votes were cast, the future drawn,
A path anew, a country dawned.
And as results began to show,
The winds of change began to blow.
For some, it brought a lifted cheer,
For others, loss, and bitter fear.
Yet through the storms of this campaign,
America’s heart beat just the same.
An election held, a choice complete,
In every town and bustling street.
The nation’s fate now set to ride,
As history stands with eyes open wide.
