Every day the sun rises and sets while the moon continues it's earthly orbit, drawing us ever

Closer to the next spectacular event:

Linear alignment of sun, earth and moon, the resulting darkness

Inspiring a range of mythology to explain for frightened people

Phenomena seen in earth's sky, enacted far away in the

Solar system. Mythologies of good omens: a joining of divine masculine and feminine. Mythologies of evil portents: the lifegiving energy of the sun has been blocked, and so have all blessings, triggering chaotic detruction.

Each person believes what they choose to, as they admire the astonishing spectacle.
