Echoes of Silence

A Journey through the Depths of Solitude

By new kingPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Water, oh water, so pure and so clear,

Flowing through valleys and mountains so near,

Your gentle trickle can calm any mind,

Or your raging rapids can leave us behind.

From the smallest streams to the vastest seas,

You provide for all creatures, both great and small beings,

You bring life to deserts, and cleanse the earth,

And quench the thirst of all, from the day of our birth.

Your beauty is endless, and your power supreme,

A source of both awe and tranquility it seems,

From the tranquil lakes to the tumbling falls,

You remind us of nature's ever-present calls.

Oh water, you are the giver of life,

A symbol of purity, and a source of strife,

Yet, you remain constant, a force ever true,

A reminder that nature is greater than me and you.

So let us respect you, and use you with care,

And honor your gifts with a grateful prayer,

For without you, we cannot survive,

And our planet would cease to thrive.
