She was the light in my darkest days,

The one who chased my fears away.

But now she's gone and I'm left alone,

With nothing but memories to sway.

Her smile was like a ray of sun,

Her laughter like a symphony.

But now the music's gone and all I hear

Is the silence of her absence, it's agony.

I thought our love would last forever,

But now she's gone and I'm in despair.

I'll never forget the way she looked,

Or the way she touched my hair.

I thought I'd have forever,

To hold her close and never let go.

But now she's gone and I'm left to grieve,

In this endless, dark and cold.

I'll always remember her warm embrace,

The way she whispered my name.

But now she's gone and I'm left with nothing,

But a heart filled with pain.

She was my everything,

My reason to live.

But now she's gone and I'm left with nothing,

But a love that's hard to give.

I'll always remember her,

But now I must say goodbye.

My heart aches with sadness,

As I remember her and the love we shared,

But now it's time to let her fly.
