Echoes in a Corridor
For You to Feel as You Feel Right
By Joshua Lino-da CostaPublished 7 years ago • 1 min read

A vacuum that will never be filled
No matter how long or far I look.
Memories forever sealed,
Kept in my memories book.
A laugh to haunt those halls
We often walked up and down.
That voice that often to me calls,
Echoing in the corridors sound.
The advise I never heard
No matter how wise it seemed.
The lines I never learned;
Now will never be redeemed.
The love that filled my heart
Aimed towards you.
The one that made my morning start
And cheer me up when I was blue.
The one I can never forget
The one by my side.
The one my heart will never let
Leave me as one day, each other we will find.
