In this piece of time, find peace of mind.
There is only now, in this moment in time.
There is only now, in this piece of your mind,
flashes in your neuron network, pathways throughout time.
When lightning flashes into the future & past dark clouds roll in…
When peace of mind is drenched in thoughts that begin to roll down your skin…
Take the energy from the storm & turn to the present moment within…
The opening in the heavy clouds, where the sun begins to stream in,
beaming through the shower of thoughts, streaming down your skin.
Each a prism refracting the light & reflecting it askew,
into a spectrum of glowing colours, transforming what your mind once knew.
Forging new neural pathways into fresh brilliance, only known by few…
Beyond past pain & future fear, the trodden pathways of least resistance, where happiness once grew.
Your rain-soaked, earthen mind will regenerate, it’s just waiting for the sunbeams, waiting for the cue…
In this piece of time, in this peace of mind, the calm amongst the storms,
there is only now, in this moment in time, with rainbows to transform.
There is only ever now, in this piece of your mind, with pathways to choose and form…
Flashes in your neuron network, pathways through the storms,
rain & sun to rejuvenate, & new growth to be born.
